The Youth Development Association organized an awareness workshop today for women at Carrefour Camp in the Tel Al-Hawa area of Gaza City, with the participation of 30 women. The workshop was held as part of the Association’s efforts to promote health and preventive awareness amid the difficult conditions facing families across the Gaza Strip.

The workshop addressed several important health topics, including the risks posed by war remnants and their impact on human health. It also covered a number of common skin-related health problems, such as chickenpox, scabies, and skin infections, as well as ways to prevent these conditions and reduce their spread.

The session witnessed strong engagement from the participants, who actively took part in discussions, asked questions, and shared their experiences regarding the health challenges faced by families living in the camp.

The camp administration praised the importance of the workshop and the topics discussed, and expressed its appreciation to the Youth Development Association for this valuable visit and for its awareness activities aimed at supporting families and promoting health awareness within displacement camps.
