Gaza – The staff and volunteers of the Youth Development Association conducted a field visit to Al-Manar Kindergarten and School, located on Al-Jalaa Street in Gaza City. This visit comes as part of the association’s efforts to support the education sector for children (kindergartens) and to examine the challenges and difficulties facing this sector due to the lack of available resources, equipment, and educational tools.

During the visit, the association’s team observed the reality of the kindergarten and school and assessed their educational and infrastructural needs. They also met with children and members of the teaching staff to listen to their views, wishes, and needs, contributing to the creation of a safe and motivating educational environment that enables children to continue their education in the best possible way.

The association emphasized that this visit is part of a series of field activities it conducts to monitor the situation of educational institutions, assess their needs, and work on mobilizing the necessary support to provide adequate learning conditions for children, especially in light of the difficult circumstances in the Gaza Strip.

The Youth Development Association reaffirmed its commitment to continuing its efforts in supporting children and educational institutions, based on its belief that education is a fundamental right and an effective tool for building a better future for coming generations
